​​Moisture and heat are toffee's worst enemies. We recommend refrigerating or freezing your toffee in moisture-proof packaging.

We will always attempt to ship your order as promptly as possible. Orders with less than 20 items will be shipped within 1-3 working days. Orders with 20-50 items will be shipped within 1-4 working days. Any orders over 50 items will require 1-5 working days before shipment. If for some reason we are unable to ship within these timeframes we will contact you.
